The item must be unworn and in its original condition
All original packaging and tags must be intact
The refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
How to Request a Refund

Order number
Reason for the refund or exchange
After We Receive Your Return
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
Note: We cannot process refunds for items returned after the 14-day window or for items that show signs of wear.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post as our delivery partner.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping (Within 1 week): Free of charge for all orders within Australia.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout. Customers can choose this option and cover the additional cost.
All Australian orders are shipped via Standard Shipping by default. Please select Express Shipping during checkout if faster delivery is required.
International Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Note: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Provider
We are not responsible for any issues caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been dispatched.
All shipping address information is entered directly by the customer at checkout. If an incorrect or invalid address is provided, we are unable to intervene or reroute the package once it's in transit.
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer must contact us via email to resolve the issue. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund for the product(s) only.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. We can only refund the cost of your product.

Can I put them in the wash?
Of course you can! But washing too much does cause clothing to wear off over time :( We recommend washing ONLY when it's extremely dirty!

Instructions
1. Turn inside out
2. Use cold water Below or equal to 30°C
3. Gentle Cycle Only
4. DO NOT use bleach or fabric softener
5. Wash with similar color for the first few washes
6. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, this can shrink our product
